Born on October 19, 2002, in Hyderabad, Kushitha Kallapu began as a model and digital personality before entering films. She gained wider attention in 2022 and transitioned to acting after short films and music videos.

Her movie career took off in 2023 with a supporting role in Changure Bangaru Raja, followed by her first leading role as Ayesha, a village physical-education teacher, in the romantic drama Neethone Nenu. That same year she appeared in Rama Banam. In 2024, she played the female lead Kushi opposite Arjun Kalyan in the comedy Babu (No.1 Bullshit Guy), which marked a breakthrough. A small role in Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram was later edited out.

In 2025 she starred in the Telugu film Chiranjeeva (released on Aha) opposite Raj Tarun and made her Tamil debut as a lead in the action thriller Indian Penal Law (IPL). She has also featured in the web series 3 Roses and the short Manoharam. Recent credits include a role in the 2026 Tamil film Ram and Leela.

With a growing filmography across Telugu and Tamil cinema plus a strong Instagram presence, Kushitha continues to build her career as one of South India’s promising young talents.
