Krithi Shetty, born on 21 September 2003, made her lead acting debut in Telugu cinema with the blockbuster romantic drama Uppena (2021) opposite Vaisshnav Tej. Her powerful performance earned her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut – South. She followed it up with successful films like Shyam Singha Roy (2021), Bangarraju (2022), and Manamey (2024). She also appeared in the Tamil film Custody (2023) and the Malayalam film A.R.M (2024).
