Krithi Shetty has been gaining strong attention in the film industry. Recently, she has been busy promoting her latest film Love Insurance Kompany. The movie is directed by Vignesh Shivan and features Pradeep Ranganathan in a key role. As part of promotions, she spoke openly about her thoughts on cinema and the films that influenced her.

She shared her views about the Hollywood film Barbie. She said, “At first I did not enjoy the movie because I expected it to be a simple and cute story. I thought it would be like a fairy tale. But when I watched it again, my opinion completely changed. I understood the deeper meaning of the film and appreciated how it talks about society and how women are seen. I think many people judged the film too quickly without understanding its message.”

Krithi also spoke about Kill Bill which is an action film directed by Quentin Tarantino. She said she enjoys strong action roles and would love to see such films being made in India. She even mentioned that she is waiting for opportunities like that.
