Born on 17 October 1992 in Chennai, Keerthy began as a child artist in Malayalam cinema. She made her lead debut in Geethaanjali (2013) and rose to national prominence with the biopic Mahanati (2018), winning the National Film Award for Best Actress for her portrayal of legendary star Savitri.

She has delivered successful performances across languages in films such as Nenu Sailaja, Remo, Bairavaa, Sarkar, Dasara (2023), Maamannan, and made her Hindi debut with Baby John (2024) opposite Varun Dhawan. She also voiced Bujji in Kalki 2898 AD.

Recent work includes the satire Uppu Kappurambu (2025) and Revolver Rita. Upcoming projects feature Dorothy (directed by Karthik Subbaraj, premiering at TIFF 2026), Thottam, Rowdy Janardhana opposite Vijay Deverakonda, and the Hindi film Raftaar.
