Kayadu Lohar's Saree Look Steals the Spotlight

Kayadu Lohar is slowly becoming a familiar and admired face in Indian cinema, especially in South films. The actress recently grabbed attention with her new Instagram post. In the picture, Kayadu is seen wearing a beautiful brown saree with floral designs.

In the caption, Kayadu Lohar wrote a short Malayalam word along with a moon emoji, giving the post a calm and poetic feel. Apart from social media popularity, Kayadu Lohar is also making steady progress in films. She is part of the upcoming Malayalam movie Pallichattambi, which stars popular actor Tovino Thomas. The film is directed by Dijo Jose Antony and is set in the 1950s and 1960s. It is said to be an action-filled period drama. The movie is scheduled to release in theatres on April 9, 2026.

Kayadu plays the female lead opposite Tovino Thomas in Pallichattambi. This film is considered important for her career, as it places her in a strong role in a large-scale project. Earlier, she made her Malayalam debut with Pathonpathaam Noottandu and later appeared in Oru Jaathi Jathakam.

She also acted in the Tamil blockbuster Dragon.Kayadu Lohar will next be seen in Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming Malayalam film I’m Game, directed by Nahas Hidhayath. In Pallichattambi, she will be seen sharing screen space with senior actors like Vijayaraghavan, Sudheer Karamana, and Prashant Alexander. The film is written by S Suresh Babu, with music composed by Jakes Bejoy.
