In professional news, Jyothi Poorvaj is gearing up for her role in the sci-fi thriller Killer Part 1: Dream Girl. The makers of the film recently commenced a new shooting schedule. Written and directed by Suku Poorvaj, who is known for his work in Shukra and Matarani Maunamidi, Killer also stars Vaishali Raj and Gautham in key roles. The film�s first look was unveiled in November 2024. Jyothi Poorvaj's performance in this high-profile project is highly anticipated, marking a significant leap in her acting career.

The film is being produced by Think Cinema in collaboration with AU-&I and Merge XR. The technical crew includes cinematographer Jagadish Bommisetty and music directors Ashir Luke and Suman Jeevaratnam.
