The movie Killer Part 1: Dream Girl is a sci-fi thriller directed by Suku Poorvaj, who is also Jyothi’s husband. He has earlier directed films like Shukra and Matarani Maunamidi. In Killer, Suku Poorvaj will not only direct but also act in an important role.

The film features Vaishali Raj and Gautham along with Jyothi Poorvaj in lead roles. It is being produced under the Think Cinema banner, in collaboration with AU&I and Merge XR. The cinematography is handled by Jagadish Bommisetty, while the music is composed by Ashir Luke and Suman Jeevaratnam.

The first look of the movie was released in November last year and it created a buzz for its futuristic theme. The current shooting schedule began recently.
