Janhvi Kapoor Is Nothing Less Than Adorable

The film was a commercial success and earned her the Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut.

She proved her versatility with critically acclaimed performances in Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl (2020), where she played the titular IAF pilot, earning a Filmfare Best Actress nomination. Other notable films include Roohi (2021), Mili (2022), Good Luck Jerry (2022), Bawaal (2023), Mr. & Mrs. Mahi (2024) opposite Rajkummar Rao, Ulajh (2024), and her Telugu debut Devara: Part 1 (2024) with Jr NTR.

In 2025, she featured in Param Sundari, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari with Varun Dhawan, and Homebound directed by Neeraj Ghaywan.

Janhvi has a power-packed 2026 ahead with Peddi (Telugu sports drama opposite Ram Charan, releasing April 30), Lag Jaa Gale with Tiger Shroff, The Paradise with Nani, and several other exciting Hindi and pan-Indian projects including potential collaborations in high-profile films. With her growing range and screen presence, the star continues to carve a strong niche across industries.
