Janhvi Kapoor knows how to carry every look with ease. In her recent Instagram posts, she shares glimpses of her upcoming movie.

Janhvi Kapoor is one of the leading actresses in Bollywood today. After winning hearts in Hindi films, she is now taking up exciting roles in Telugu cinema. She was recently seen in “Devara” and is now busy working on “Pedhi” alongside Ram Charan. In a recent interview, Janhvi openly spoke about something many women go through but often hide—period pain. She said, “That time of the month is very hard. Women go through both physical and emotional stress.” She also shared, “Mood swings are common. And if people make fun of it, it hurts more.”

Janhvi said, “I get extreme mood swings during my periods. The way I talk changes, and people around me notice it.” She also said, “Sometimes their questions make me feel worse.” She believes that many people don’t take the pain seriously and make jokes. “But those who truly understand, speak kindly and ask us to rest,” she said. Janhvi explained that the pain is real and tough to manage. “If boys had to face period pain, they wouldn’t even last a minute. There might even be nuclear wars,” she added with a smile.
