Her role in the Telugu blockbuster Devara: Part 1 (2024) became the highest-grossing film of her career.

In 2025 she appeared in Homebound, Param Sundari, and Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. Recent and ongoing projects include the Telugu film Peddi (2026) with Ram Charan, Lag Jaa Gale, Raaka (with Allu Arjun, directed by Atlee), and an untitled film with director Umesh Bist. Janhvi continues to expand her range across Hindi and South Indian cinema.
