Born on May 8, 1995, in Erode, Tamil Nadu (with family roots in Kerala), Menon is an actress working across Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and Malayalam cinema. She began with the Tamil TV serial Thendral and made her film debut in Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi (2012). Her Kannada debut came with Dasavala (2013), followed by the Malayalam film Monsoon Mangoes (2016).
Notable works include Tamizh Padam 2 (2018), Naan Sirithal (2020), Vezham (2022), the Telugu action thriller Spy (2023) as agent Vaishnavi, Bhaje Vaayu Vegam (2024), and the Malayalam Bazooka (2025) opposite Mammootty.
As of 2026, she stars in the Telugu adventure Nagabandham: The Secret Treasure. Menon continues to build a versatile career with strong performances across South Indian industries.
