Born on 8 May 1995 in Erode, Tamil Nadu, to a family with Kerala roots, Menon studied Instrumentation Engineering at SRM Institute before pursuing acting. She began with the Tamil serial Thendral and made her film debut around 2012–2013 with roles in Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi and the comedy Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru. Her Kannada entry came with Dasavala (2013), where she earned praise for portraying a mentally challenged character.
She has since worked across languages: Malayalam’s Monsoon Mangoes (2016), Tamil’s Tamizh Padam 2 (2018) in a triple role and Naan Sirithal (2020), Telugu’s Spy (2023) as Agent Vaishnavi and Bhaje Vaayu Vegam (2024). In 2025 she starred as Jovita in the Malayalam film Bazooka alongside Mammootty. Upcoming is the Telugu adventure Nagabandham: The Secret Treasure (2026).
With a growing pan-South Indian presence, Menon continues balancing diverse roles while celebrating her cultural roots.
