Born May 8, 1995, in Erode, Tamil Nadu, Iswarya began her career with a small role in the Tamil comedy Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru (2013). She made her lead debut in Kannada with Dasavala (2013), earning praise for portraying a mentally challenged girl. She has since worked across Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and Malayalam cinema.

Her movie career includes notable films like Namo Bhootatma (2014, Kannada), Monsoon Mangoes (2016, Malayalam), Tamizh Padam 2 (2018), Naan Sirithaal (2020), Vezham (2022), the pan-India hit Spy (2023, as NIA agent Vaishnavi), and Bhaje Vaayu Vegam (2024, Telugu).
