She made her acting debut with a supporting role in Sekhar Kammula’s Life Is Beautiful (2012) and stepped into a lead role with the critically acclaimed Telugu film Anthaka Mundu Aa Tarvatha (2013). Her performance in Awe (2018) and Aravindha Sametha Veera Raghava (2018) earned her wider recognition.

She has showcased her versatility across genres in films like Most Eligible Bachelor (2021), Maama Mascheendra (2023), and the bilingual Ottu (2022), where she learned archery and kickboxing for her role. Eesha has also appeared in Tamil and Malayalam projects, proving her pan-Indian appeal.
