In Karmastalam, Divi appears charging into a battlefield filled with fire and soldiers. The poster clearly shows the scale and ambition of the film. Directed by Rocky Sherman, the movie is produced by Harsha Vardhan Shinde under the banners of Samradni Films and Roy Films. The makers aim to deliver a visually rich and emotionally intense war drama.

The film is designed as a true pan-India project and will release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
