However, apart from her professional work and social media posts, Dhanashree has also been in the news recently because of her personal life. Her marriage with Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal has been a topic of discussion.

Dhanashree and Chahal got married in December 2020 in Gurugram. Their relationship started during the Covid-19 pandemic when Chahal approached her to learn dance. Over time, their friendship grew into a relationship and they decided to get married.

But after some time, their relationship faced problems. During a conversation on the reality show Rise and Fall, Dhanashree spoke about her difficult marriage. While talking to actor Kubbra Sait, she revealed that she realized early that things were not going well. She said that she caught Chahal cheating just two months after their wedding. Her statement surprised Kubbra, who reacted with shock.

Dhanashree also clarified that rumors about alimony after their divorce were not true. She explained that the separation happened with mutual understanding, and people should not spread false information.

The couple separated in June 2022 and later filed for divorce together. Their divorce was officially granted earlier this year.
