Born in Melbourne, Australia, to Tamil-Malayalee parents, Chandrika is an actress, dancer, model, producer, host, and activist who trained in performing arts from a young age. She pursued modeling and acting in Los Angeles before transitioning to Indian cinema. She made her Indian film debut with the Tamil thriller Sei (2018, released later), opposite Nakul. Her breakthrough came with the Tamil adult comedy-horror Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuththu (2018), where she played a ghost, earning widespread recognition. She followed with films like Hara Hara Mahadevaki (2018) and achieved massive success in Telugu with the blockbuster Veera Simha Reddy (2023) alongside Nandamuri Balakrishna, which crossed ₹100 crore and ran for over a year in theaters.

Currently, Chandrika's ongoing projects include the action-drama The Black Gold (directed by Samyuktha Menon, in which she plays a central, powerful character written specifically for her), Un Kadhal Irundhal (Tamil romantic film), and other multilingual ventures like Unkill_123 with Anurag Kashyap. With Hollywood interests and 13 films wrapped, she continues bridging global and Indian entertainment.
