Chandrababu Naidu Blesses Newlyweds Nara Rohit and Sireesha

Tollywood actor Nara Rohit entered a new phase of life as he tied the knot with actress Sireesha (Siri Lella) in a grand traditional ceremony held in Hyderabad on October 30. The wedding ceremony was attended by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and his wife Bhuvaneshwari who blessed the couple and wished them a happy married life.

For the unversed Nara Rohit is the son of Chandrababu’s brother who is the late K.S. Nara Ramamurthy Naidu.

The celebrations began on October 25 with a Haldi ceremony followed by Mehendi on October 28 and Sangeet night on October 29. Each event was held beautifully featuring music, dance and family traditions. The main wedding ceremony took place at The Venue in Aziz Nagar at 10:35 p.m., with beautiful floral decorations and a traditional theme.

Rohit looked elegant in a white sherwani while bride Sireesha shone in a classic silk lehenga. Many celebrities including Nandamuri Balakrishna attended the grand wedding. Political leaders and business personalities were also seen at the event.

Actress Sireesha acted opposite Rohit in the movie Pratinidhi 2, and their relationship reportedly began during its shooting. Hailing from Palnadu, Sireesha worked in Australia before moving to Hyderabad to pursue acting.
