Along with the photo, Chaithra wrote that it was “quite an evening” and thanked Bangalore Times for the experience. She also added a warm personal note for her close friend Rukmini Vasanth calling her Rukki saying she missed her and congratulating her with love.
This post comes at a very important time in Chaithra J Achar’s career. The past year has been full of strong decisions and new opportunities for the actress. Known initially for her work in Kannada cinema, Chaithra has slowly and steadily widened her horizons. Her performances in films like Toby and Sapta Saagaradaache Ello: Side B earned her appreciation for choosing meaningful roles and delivering honest performances.
In 2025, her journey took a bigger turn when she stepped into other film industries. She appeared in the Tamil film 3BHKm The beginning of this year has been even more exciting for her, with back-to-back releases. Maarnami released in Kannada, while My Lord marked another important Tamil project. Along with these, Chaithra is also preparing for her Telugu debut and has more Tamil films currently in progress.
According to her, Bengaluru feels like a warm hug after long days of work. The city has played a big role in shaping her personality.
Chaithra also believes that Bengaluru’s open and accepting nature has influenced her sense of fashion and self-expression. Coming from a conservative family, she says she was always encouraged to dress appropriately for the occasion while still being true to herself.
