Along with sharing lifestyle moments, Chahatt Khanna has also opened up about her recent weight loss and wellness journey. Over the last six months, she has gone through a deep physical and emotional change. What stands out is that she did all this without stepping into a gym. Instead of following extreme workout plans, she chose a more natural and balanced path.
Talking about her busy schedule, she said, "I was working nearly 15 hours a day, and hitting the gym just wasn’t possible. But I didn’t want to compromise on my health. That’s when I turned to Ayurveda to balance my hormones naturally and reset my body from within."
Chahatt followed an Ayurvedic routine focused on hormone balance. She worked on cleansing her body, improving gut health and reducing inflammation. This approach helped her system function better from the inside. Instead of crash diets or strict food rules, she allowed her body to heal slowly and naturally.
Explaining the changes she noticed, she shared, "I noticed changes not just in my body, but in my overall well-being. My hormones stabilized, inflammation reduced, and I began to lose fat effortlessly without crash diets or gym workouts. It felt like my body was finally working with me, not against me."
She beautifully summed up her experience by saying, "In the end, it’s about harmony — between your mind, body, and the life you’re building. Once I found that balance, everything started aligning naturally."
