Ayesha Khan began her career in television with a junior artist role before playing the antagonist Birba in Baalveer Returns (2019–2020). She gained widespread popularity as a contestant on Bigg Boss Season 17. Her feature film debut came in the Telugu legal drama Mukhachitram (2022) as Maya Fernandez.

She went on to appear in Om Bheem Bush (2024), Manamey (2024), and had a special appearance in Gangs of Godavari. In 2025, she expanded into Hindi cinema with roles in Jaat (as a police constable opposite Sunny Deol), a special dance appearance in the song “Shararat” from Dhurandhar, and Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2. With a growing presence across Telugu and Hindi films, Ayesha continues to build a versatile career in both television and cinema.
