Born on 13 September 2002 in Mumbai, Ayesha began her career as a junior artist in the television soap Kasauti Zindagi Kay. She gained notice as Birba in Baalveer Returns (2020) and rose to national fame as a contestant on Bigg Boss 17 (2023–24), finishing in 8th place.

She made her film debut in the Telugu movie Mukhachitram (2022) as Maya Fernandez. In 2024 she appeared in Om Bheem Bush, Manamey, and a special song appearance in Gangs of Godavari. Expanding into Hindi cinema in 2025, she played a police officer in Jaat opposite Sunny Deol, featured in the song “Shararat” from Dhurandhar, and took on the role of Ruhi in Kapil Sharma’s comedy Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2.
