Born January 25, 2005, in Union City, California, the Indian-American actress began as a child artist in Telugu cinema with Brahmotsavam (2016) alongside Mahesh Babu, followed by roles in Manamantha and Premam.
She made history with her Hollywood lead debut as Rhea Kumar in Disney’s Spin (2021), the first South Asian star of a Disney Channel Original Movie. She followed with Moxie, Netflix’s Senior Year (2022), and breakout turns as Karen Shetty in the Mean Girls musical (2024) and Paige in the horror film Tarot (2024).
In 2025–2026 she appeared in Champion, starred in the action-thriller Pretty Lethal, and joined Mindy Kaling’s Hulu series Not Suitable for Work as Abby. She is also producing and starring in the Disney+ fantasy A Crown of Wishes while continuing to champion South Asian representation in Hollywood.
