Ashika Ranganath stands by a large window overlooking lush greenery, gently adjusting the flowing pallu of her delicate floral-printed saree. The light pastel fabric with intricate green and pink motifs, paired with a matching sleeveless blouse, bangles, and traditional jewellery, highlights her natural elegance and poised charm.

Born on 5 August 1996 in Tumkur, Karnataka, Ashika Ranganath entered the film industry after emerging as runner-up in the Clean & Clear Fresh Face contest. She made her acting debut in the Kannada romantic film Crazy Boy (2016) opposite Dilip Prakash, earning a SIIMA nomination for Best Debut Actress.

She rose to prominence with roles in Mugulu Nage (2017), Raambo 2 (2018), and Madhagaja (2021), winning the SIIMA Award for Best Actress – Kannada for the latter. She later earned another SIIMA Best Actress award for O2 (2024). Expanding beyond Kannada cinema, she debuted in Telugu with Amigos (2023) and appeared in Naa Saami Ranga (2024) opposite Nagarjuna, while also working in Tamil films such as Pattathu Arasan and Miss You.

Her recent films and upcoming projects include the multi-starrer Gatha Vaibhava, Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi with Ravi Teja, Vishwambhara alongside Chiranjeevi, and Sardar 2 with Karthi, solidifying her place as a rising star across South Indian cinema.
