Born on 5 August 1996 in Hassan, Karnataka, Ashika made her acting debut in the 2016 Kannada romantic comedy Crazy Boy. She rose to prominence with films like Raambo 2, Madhagaja (SIIMA Best Actress – Kannada), and O2 (another SIIMA win). Expanding across industries, she debuted in Tamil with Pattathu Arasan and in Telugu with Amigos (2023), followed by Naa Saami Ranga opposite Nagarjuna.

Her 2025 release Gatha Vaibhava featured her in multiple roles include Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi with Ravi Teja, Sardar 2, and Vishwambhara alongside Chiranjeevi, cementing her status as a rising pan-South Indian star.
