Born on 18 February 1996 in Irinjalakuda, Kerala, Anupama made her acting debut in the 2015 Malayalam blockbuster Premam as Mary George, a role that brought her instant fame. She soon expanded into Telugu with A Aa (2016) and Tamil with Kodi (2016).

Her notable films include Sathamanam Bhavati, Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi, Karthikeya 2, Tillu Square (2024), Dragon (2025), and Paradha (2025). She continues to work across Malayalam, Telugu, and Tamil cinema.
