Born on September 28, 1999, in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, Anukreethy rose to fame as Femina Miss India 2018. She represented India at Miss World 2018 in China, securing a Top 30 finish along with special titles like Miss Beautiful Smile and Beauty with a Purpose.

Transitioning to films, she made her Tamil debut in the 2022 action-comedy DSP, directed by Ponram, playing Annapoorani opposite Vijay Sethupathi. She followed it with her Telugu debut in the biographical action drama Tiger Nageswara Rao (2023) as Jayavani alongside Ravi Teja. In 2024, she appeared as a song performer in the Hindi film Visfot.
