Born in Kerala to playback singer Chitra Iyer and an Indian Air Force officer father, Anjali Sivaraman is an actress and singer who grew up moving across India. She began with commercials and modeling for designers like Tarun Tahiliani and Sabyasachi, while also performing as a vocalist with the band Gloss.

Her acting debut came with the Netflix film Cobalt Blue (2022), where she played Anuja. She gained wider recognition as Suhani Ahuja in the Netflix series Class (2023), an adaptation of Elite. Earlier web credits include PM Selfiewallie (2018).

In 2025, she made her Tamil cinema debut as the lead Ramya in Bad Girl, directed by Varsha Bharath and produced by Vetrimaaran and Anurag Kashyap, earning praise for her performance. She also appeared in the series Gamerlog.

Upcoming projects include the lead role of painter Amrita Sher-Gil in Mira Nair’s biopic Amri (2027) and other selective roles. Anjali continues to expand her presence across languages and platforms with versatile, character-driven work.
