Born on November 27, 2004, in Kerala, Anikha began as a child artist with her Malayalam debut in Kadha Thudarunnu (2010). She gained wide recognition in Tamil cinema with Yennai Arindhaal (2015) and Viswasam (2019). She made her lead debut with the Telugu film Butta Bomma (2023) and impressed in Oh My Darling (2023, Malayalam) and PT Sir (2024, Tamil).

In 2025, she shone as the female lead Nila in Dhanush’s directorial Nilavukku En Mel Ennadi Kobam (NEEK). Her ongoing projects include the Tamil films Indra (2025) and the social drama Vasuvin Garbinigal (slated for 2026 release). The talented star continues her smooth transition into versatile leading roles across South Indian cinema.
