Born on 27 November 2004 in Manjeri, Kerala, Anikha began as a child artist (often credited as Baby Anikha). She debuted in Malayalam with Kadha Thudarunnu (2010) and won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Child Artist for her role in the anthology 5 Sundarikal (2013). She gained wider recognition in Tamil cinema as Ajith Kumar’s daughter in Yennai Arindhaal (2015) and Viswasam (2019), along with films like The Great Father and Miruthan.
She transitioned to lead roles with the Telugu film Butta Bomma (2023), followed by Malayalam projects Oh My Darling, Lovefully Yours Veda and King of Kotha. In 2024 she appeared in PT Sir and Cup. Her 2025 Tamil lead debut came with Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam (directed by Dhanush), and she also featured in Indra. Upcoming is Vasuvin Garbinigal (2026). From child star to leading actress across languages, Anikha continues to shine.
