She made her acting debut with a small role in Naaga (2003) and appeared in Soggade Chinni Nayana (2016). Her breakthrough came with the critically acclaimed thriller Kshanam (2016), where she played a powerful negative lead and won widespread praise, including a SIIMA Award.

She delivered memorable performances in blockbuster films such as Rangasthalam (2018) as Rangammatta opposite Ram Charan, F2: Fun and Frustration, Yatra, Pushpa: The Rise (2021) as the fiery Dakshayani, and Pushpa 2: The Rule (2024).
