Back in 2023, Ananya Panday let fans in on a big milestone. She purchased her own house in Mumbai. She revealed that the interiors of her new home were designed by Gauri Khan. While speaking with NIF Global, Ananya shared her experience of working with Gauri. She lovingly called her “second mother.” She also spoke about how special it was to set up her dream home.

In the interview, Ananya was asked about getting Gauri to design her house. She said, “Honestly, for me, it was a sentimental decision.” She added, “I have grown up around her and she has almost been a second mother to me.” She further explained, “She understood my tastes on a very personal level, almost as if she were designing the house for her own daughter, Suhana Khan.”

Ananya expressed how happy she felt about this connection. She believed that Gauri brought warmth and comfort into the design. She also mentioned that working with someone who knows her so well made the process easy.
