Born on May 7, 1993, in Mumbai to a Parsi family, Dastur began as a model in commercials before making her acting debut in the Hindi romantic drama Issaq (2013) opposite Prateik Babbar. She gained wider attention with the Tamil film Anegan (2015) alongside Dhanush and the Hindi thriller Mr. X (2015).

Her international break came with Kung Fu Yoga (2017) starring Jackie Chan. Other notable works include Kaalakaandi (2018), Prassthanam (2019), Jogi (2022), the Tamil Bagheera (2023), and the Punjabi Furteela (2024). She has also appeared in web series like Bambai Meri Jaan.

As of 2026, Dastur continues balancing films and digital projects across languages, with several works in various stages of production.
