Born on 14 May 1994, Amritha made her lead acting debut in the Tamil film Padaiveeran (2018). She gained wider attention with Kaali (2018) and especially as Thendral, the football team captain, in Atlee’s blockbuster Bigil (2019) opposite Vijay.

She entered Telugu cinema with Red (2021) opposite Ram Pothineni and followed it with films like Lift, 30 Rojullo Preminchadam Ela and Coffee with Kadhal (2022). Her biggest commercial success came with the superhero film Hanu-Man (2024), in which she played Meenakshi opposite Teja Sajja; the movie became one of the highest-grossing Telugu films of the year. She also starred in Bachhala Malli the same year.

Upcoming projects include the Tamil film Leader (2026) and Jai Hanuman. With her natural screen presence and growing versatility across industries, Amritha continues to build a strong presence in South Indian cinema.
