Born Aalia Furniturewala on 28 November 1997 (daughter of actress Pooja Bedi and granddaughter of Kabir Bedi), Alaya F trained at the New York Film Academy before entering films. She made her debut in 2020 with the comedy-drama Jawaani Jaaneman, playing Tia Singh opposite Saif Ali Khan and Tabu. Her fresh, natural performance earned her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.
She followed with the thriller Freddy (2022) opposite Kartik Aaryan, dual roles in Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat (2023), the suspense film U-Turn (2023), a supporting role in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (2024), and as Veera Swathi in the biopic Srikanth (2024) opposite Rajkummar Rao.
Currently, Alaya is set to make her digital debut in the high-stakes thriller series Storm, produced by Hrithik Roshan’s HRX Films for Amazon Prime Video, focusing on five women entangled in a deadly scam. She continues balancing selective film and web projects while building her strong brand presence.
