By: Priya Chowdhary Nuthalapti | 16 Oct 2025 7:05 PM ISTActor and model Aisha Sharma recently shared a stunning picture on Instagram with the caption, “peek into the camera roll ☀️ #unfilteredbits.” The post shows her in a relaxed, sun-kissed mood by wearing a white dress and black sunglasses.
Along with her fashionable looks, Aisha Sharma has also been using her voice to support meaningful causes. Recently, she launched an eco-friendly fashion initiative in partnership with Dolce Vee, a social enterprise that focuses on sustainable and circular fashion. This concept encourages people to reuse, recycle, and buy preloved clothes instead of always purchasing new ones. Aisha explained that she decided to make some of her own outfits available for sale so that her followers can also join her journey toward a more sustainable lifestyle.
Her fashion initiative has already made a visible difference. Reports estimate that the project has helped save over 99,000 litres of water and 132 kilograms of carbon emissions. Aisha expressed that she wants fashion to be not just beautiful but also responsible. She believes that even small steps, like choosing preloved clothes, can help the environment in a big way. Her efforts show that she’s not just a style icon but also a socially aware individual who wants to use her influence for good.
Before her environmental work and fashion projects, Aisha Sharma first became known in the modelling world. She was part of the Kingfisher Calendar, which gave her national recognition. She later made her Bollywood debut opposite John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee in a dark thriller directed by Milap Zaveri and produced by Nikkhil Advani and Bhushan Kumar. The film gave her a strong start as an actor, where she played the female lead in an intense and action-packed story.
Aisha’s next big project is the upcoming John Abraham–Manoj Bajpayee thriller, which is currently in production. The film is still untitled, though some reports call it SMJ. Fans are eager to see her share the screen again with John Abraham. In addition, she was earlier linked to the bilingual film Rogue, directed by Puri Jagannadh, where she was expected to play a supporting role alongside Amyra Dastur.
