Aditi Gauta has worked in both Telugu and Hindi films. She was born on 20 July in Mumbai, India. Before entering films, she started her career as a model.

She made her debut in Telugu cinema with the 2008 film Neninthe, where she played the role of Sandhya. In that film, she was credited as Siya Gautham. After that, she appeared in Vedam in 2010, playing the role of Zara. Her performance in these films helped her gain recognition in the Telugu film industry.

Aditi also worked in Kannada cinema with the film Double Decker in 2011, where she played Ganga. After a gap, she entered Hindi cinema with the popular film Sanju in 2018, where she portrayed Priya Dutt. This role brought her into the national spotlight as the film was widely appreciated.

She continued her work in Telugu films with Pakka Commercial in 2022, where she played Saira Banu, also known as Amulya. In 2024, she appeared in Srikakulam Sherlock Holmes as Constable Lakshmi, again credited as Siya Gowtam. She is also part of an upcoming project titled Pilavani Perantam.
