Aanchal Munjal also shared an interesting detail from her career. She revealed that she was almost part of Aamir Khan’s 2016 film Dangal. She said, “Not just offered. I was almost finalised. But there was another project that I was busy with and they needed just a couple of days more. Dates were going to clash. I feel like I should have done it (Dangal). I could have done it. Maybe there is something better in store for me.”

She added that missing the project was difficult. “I felt disheartened when I couldn’t do it. Maybe there was a little bit of heartbreak also. But when I watched the film, I loved what Sania and Fatima pulled off. I loved how the film came out. I was really happy,” she explained.

Aanchal Munjal began her career as a child actor. Her first television role was as Sameera in Dhoom Machaao Dhoom in 2008. She then had a breakthrough role in 2010's We Are Family, which was based on the Hollywood film Stepmom. That year, she also appeared in Ghost Bana Dost as Chunni and in the Hindi film Aarakshan as Muniya S. Yadav. From 2011 to 2013, she played Raavi Ahuja in the show Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi. Aanchal also appeared in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain in 2013. Later she appeared in many films.
