Ours is a long-distance Marriage

By now, the news of playback singer Chinmayi Sripada and actor Rahul Ravindran's marriage might have reached everyone. It was the singer's mother Padmahasini who first made an official announcement on Twitter and later the love birds posted the pictures of each other on the micro blogging site.

Chinmayi met Rahul for the first time at the special screening of 'Andala Rakshasi' in Chennai. While Rahul played the lead role, Chinmayi dubbed for the female lead Lavanya. They appreciated each other's work in the movie and later began tweeting each other. They found compatibility in the aspects like both being vegetarians and teetotaler's, apart from sharing the same family values, ethics and lifestyle. Finally, both of them decided to marry early next year with the consent of their parents.

In fact, Chinmayi admits they are currently maintaining a long-distance relationship and feels theirs will be a long distance marriage too as Rahul shifted his base to Hyderabad because of Telugu film assignments and she wishes to live in Chennai itself in future.
