DD Anchor's Governor Of India draws flak

A blunder committed by Doordarshan Anchor on the inauguration day of International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa has become the talk of the town.
While introducing the Goa Governor Mridala Sinha, The Doordarshan Anchor addressed her as 'Gover Of India'. The footage posted on Youtube invited severe criticism forcing Prasar Bharti to depute a Senior ADG Rank Officer to look into the matter.
DD National Channel telecasted International Film Festival of India (IFFI) held in Goa. A 4-minutes video of IFFI showing Doordarshan Anchor committing a mistake was posted on the Youtube by anonymous person.
Sources say, The Lady who carried live presentation is a casual employee. With 18,000 vacancies and no regular recruitments since 20 years, Doordarshan has to rely on casual employees who were unprepared to handle big events.
